What is ball hockey?
Following the success of our ice hockey program, we realized that we needed to find a way to make the sport we love more accessible to everyone. By playing hockey on a court and wearing shoes, we can safely and effectively teach the fundamentals of the sport in a way that athletes of any skill level can participate. Thanks to support from the Arizona Coyotes Foundation and with coaching assistance from the Coyotes Hockey Development Team, we can offer this program with locations in Peoria and Tempe, and end the season with a tournament between teams from the two.

If you have concerns about your child’s ability to participate, or if you feel like your child would be a good fit but needs to meet the age range as described, please let us know. Our goal is to adapt play to allow any athlete to participate in a meaningful way.
This program is designed to teach players the fundamentals of the game and how to work as a team.
